Ok a little bit about myself and my photography.
I had an interest in photography back in the 80's so it's a hobby which I have got back into in the last couple of years. So I went out and bought myself an entry level DSLR, I chose a Canon400D and have also purchased various lenses, filters and accessories, unfortunately its one of those hobbies where you never have enough equipment.
My subject matter varies, as I’m a keen follower of Motorcycle Road Racing especially the Isle of Man TT the two hobbies combine well, also living in North Yorkshire there is always plenty of opportunity to get out and about locally.
One subject I do enjoy is HDR photography, that’s multiple pictures taken at different exposure settings then merging them together (see some results in HDR gallery). HDR is not for everyone, some pictures I like and other people do not like them and vice versa that’s the beauty of photography its all about personal preference.
